Twins Sayra & Imran fight through autism

This story starts before their birth, there was difficulty conceiving a pregnancy naturally but thank god so there is in vitro fertalization IVF there was no luck the first attempt Al so from the second we managed to have twins. when they were a year and a half there was a divorce, their mother was alone with them she returned to her parents house with her children she had no help from the father and to this day she doesnt. she is now in the most difficult situation with the children. imran and sayra did all the tests at the doctor / specialist in November 2019 was diagnosed Slow and disharmonious psychomotor development with elements of autism imran and sayra have the same diagnosis. The children attended regular daycare until the doctor's findings were all over, then they started attending the special institution Vladimir Nazor in Sarajevo. And their mother had to quit her job so
She could take them their treatments.
There is no cure for autism so working with a speech therapist, special educator who works on children's understanding, sensory integration and neurofeed back is essential to them. there are many therapies she would take them to but she is not able to because everything is too expensive. they went to the neurofeed back it helped calm the speed in the brain because the finding showed it was working faster than it should.
To be a single mother is difficult but it is even more difficult with two children with developmental difficulties. the boy still doesn't have any words yet also his understanding is bad he has stereotypes that he keeps repeating if you don't direct him to do something but with physical guidance for activities. Sayra has a lot of words she has adopted but does not compose sentences she is much better then her brother they need help while they are young to work with them as much as possible to adopt things. because if you don't work with children, it will be a hard life, everyone knows that when it comes to autistic children. They travel everyday from
Ilijas to Sarajevo about 20 kilometers and their mom Has to Wait for them because they go 9-13:30 its far away for her to
