This modern facility will enable our venture, <strong>Ike’s</strong> <strong>Gourmet </strong>- America’s Gourmet Dog Treat Cookie Company, to continue fulfilling orders, keeping pace with our sales success.

<div>The<strong> IKE Center</strong> creates jobs for our community’s most vulnerable, adults with disabilities. Fulfillment work for local companies includes sorting, labeling, and packing. But the heart of our 70,000 sq. ft. Center is our bakery where <strong>Ike’s Gourmet</strong> was born. Owning our own venture enables us to control our future as we march toward independence.

<div>After careful research from our nation’s top nutritional veterinarians, fruit, filled with vitamins and nutrients, was often missing from our dog’s diet. We took the top four fruits from their list and created our first collection:

<div>Our shortbread cookies are vegan, and grain-free using the finest and freshest natural gluten-free ingredients. National retailers are sharing our excitement for our original dog treats catering to new digestive and allergen issues, as well as the social justice of our cause.

<div>A stream of orders has become a river and our capacity to produce and ship promptly has been pushed beyond our humble kitchen. The estimated costs for our Commercial Kitchen construction are $600,000, with an additional <strong>$400,000 for New Equipment</strong>, totaling $1,000,000.

<div>As a nonprofit, we rely on the generosity of our family of donors who share in our mission. Not only do our adults with disabilities receive a paycheck, but are taught how to deposit their checks, sign their names, and interact with tellers. Our teaching and training are ongoing, not just with vocational services, but social services as well. As we reach toward independence, we inspire our clients to reach toward independence as well.
