Hi Everyone!
I recently started an organization called "12:30 It's Lunch Time" that provides families in need with school lunches on a monthly basis. I have always wanted to start my own organization and after doing a little bit of research I was shocked to see that there is a serious need in our community for an organization like this.
Organization Goal: to provide the Atlanta Jewish community with at least 1,230 school lunches for the school year 2017-2018.
Fundraising Goal for year one: $1230
Serving: 25 kids weekly for our first year.
Some lunch items that your donation will buy:
Apple, oranges, clementines, cucumbers, baby carrots, peppers, pretzels, crackers, granola bars, juice, apple sauce, fruit cups, popcorn, veggie straws, dried fruits and a weekly Shabbat treat.
I have partnered with yad l'yad and they will be working directly with the families to maintain privacy.
