Help me celebrate my 50 spins around the sun this ThanksGIVING by giving to Turtle Island Hand Talk.
I love this time of year as it is filled with reflection, gratitude, love, laughter, pie, and family. However, it is also a time to recognize our privilege and the plight of Indigenous Americans to secure basic human rights since their lands, cultures, and languages were stolen.
This season please help to strengthen Indigenous/Native American communities such as Turtle Island Hand Talk as they work to strengthen and support access for Indigenous Deaf, Hard of Hearing, DeafBlind, and hearing Indigenous communities.
