<div>Friends. Depression and mental health are serious illnesses affecting millions of Americans. This month in support of everyone who has lost someone to suicide, I am reaching out help raise money and awareness for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP).

<div>AFSP helps prevent suicide and provides invaluable support to families suffering from the loss of a loved one. This campaign is close to my heart, as it brings people together to transform HOPE into meaningful action. With your help, we can raise vital funds that support suicide prevention, mental health education, life-saving research, and advocacy for stronger policies.

<div>By participating in this fundraiser, you are not only helping to spread awareness and reduce stigma but also directly contributing to efforts that save lives. Together, we can support survivors of suicide loss and those affected by suicide, fostering a culture that is informed and compassionate about mental health.

<div>I invite you to join me in this crucial mission. Your support can make a difference in the lives of many. Thank you for considering this opportunity to create lasting change.

<div>My goal is to raise $10,000 for AFSP and I will match the first $5000 donated to my campaign to help us achieve that goal
