Turner Disaster Relief Fund

Calling on all family, friends, co-workers, strangers or anyone else that can help.  My name is Jennifer Arredondo and I am from the Houston area.  As you all know by now the Houston area was devasted by Hurricane Harvey.  My parents brand new home which was closed on 2 weeks ago was flooded.  They did not have flood insurance as their property was not in a flood zone.  The Mont Belvieu area saw 50+ inches of water over several days.  They are retired and live on a fixed income.  All their savings went into the purchase of this home.  We are unsure at this point in time if they will be able to receive any kind of diaster relief.   The information they are receiving from FEMA at this point is not reassurring.  We are asking for donations at this point and anything that can be given will be greatly appreciated.  The funds will be utilized for the rennovations on the home and to replace any furniture that has been ruined by flood waters.  The picture attached is an ariel photo of their subdivision.
