Tulsa Art Alley

Your donation to Tulsa Art Alley will add artwork, lighting and other amenities to the alley located in downtown Tulsa between 5th and 6th St. and Boston Ave. and Main St.
Money raised will be used to clean up the alley, purchase painting supplies, pay artists for their work, and purchase lighting, seating, greenery and other amenities...all of which will help to make Tulsa Art Alley a unique, inspiring Tulsa destination. We hope to complete the project by early May 2019.
We will work with artists, local business and building owners, the City of Tulsa, local nonprofits and volunteers to clean up the alley, create artwork, install overhead lighting, greenery and seating, and offer programming, such as movie nights and gallery events.
This project will transform a “forgotten space” in downtown Tulsa into a truly special place. Our hope is that Tulsa Art Alley will become a popular destination in Tulsa’s increasingly vibrant downtown, and will inspire people to think differently about forgotten, underused places in our city. By making the alley cleaner, safer and more vibrant, we hope to encourage people to explore downtown. We also hope to benefit business owners by attracting potential customers to the area.
HUGE thanks to the TYPROS Foundation for their generous grant of $10,000 for Tulsa Art Alley. This project would not be possible without their support. We hope to raise a total of at least $20,000 to complete the project.

The Tulsa Art Alley project is led by Libby Billings, restaurateur and owner of Elote, Roppongi and The Vault in downtown Tulsa, and Kelly Cook, a long-time Tulsa graphic designer at Williams with a masters in Urban Planning & Design from the University of Oklahoma Urban Design Studio.
