Tully's Spine Surgery

Friends and Family, I'm finally going in for Spine Surgery this month on the 20th.The Doctor finally figured out I have a fracture and two bad discs in my lower back.Its going to be a two level fusion and disc replacement at L4L5.Im hoping this will give me some pain relief and allow me to get on with my life.I have the Chief Surgeon of the Spine Clinic at Kaiser in Oakland doing my procedure.Im hoping some of you can help with my medical bills and recovery since I'll be out or work for 3-4 months.    Sincerely,     Chris Tully
