From the documentary you will clearly see that Tullamore Musical Society has a revered history spanning 65 years. The worldwide Covid-19 pandemic has taken a serious toll on the society's fundraising efforts. Although we were really fortunate to have staged our 2020 production of Legally Blonde before restrictions came into place, we have, like so many non-profit organisations, been unable to hold any of our annual events since. However, the society continues to have outgoings with no reasonable prospect of fundraising in the near future. We are of course acutely aware of the impact the pandemic has had on local businesses and you, our supportive audience members. Therefore if you are in a positionm to donate, any donation big or small, would go a long way to ensuring that when we are allowed to perform again for local audiences, we will be in a position to do so.
Every person that kindly donates to us, no matter how much, will be entered into a raffle for a chance to win a Ticketmaster Voucher and tickets for our next production. Something to look forward to when this is over and our way of saying "Thank You" for your continued and invaluable support.
We hope you enjoy this trip down memory lane and encourage you to share the documentary with old friends. Talk about it on your social media pages. Pick up the phone and ring a familiar face you may spot in the documentary. Laugh, smile and reminisce with old friends of the fun, laughter and good times that Tullamore Musical Society has become synonymous with through the last 65 years.
