<div>I'm reaching out today with a heavy heart and a hopeful spirit. <strong>My beloved dog Tugboat recently tore his CCL (the canine equivalent of a human ACL), and he’s in a lot of pain.</strong> He’s struggling to walk, let alone run or play like he used to. <strong>Surgery is the only real option to get him back on his feet and out of pain, but the cost is more than we can manage alone right now.</strong>
