I just thought it could be a bit of fun and a chance to raise some money for a worthy cause. I have chosen to support the charity Mind. https://www.mind.org.uk/ They provide advice and support to help anyone experiencing a mental health problem.
What with the current situation a lot of people can feel isolated, anxious and overwhelmed. It has been predicted that mental health issues are only going to rise if not already rising with the current lockdown and uncertainty in place. So here is our chance to give a little something back and show our support for those at this time.
