Tucker McCarley’s Transplant Expenses

Hi, my name is Amy Marquiss and I’m doing a fundraiser for Koty and Emily McCarley. Their son, Tucker is in need of a Thymus transplant which he’s going to have done at Duke Hosptial in Durham, NC. They got the call today that they have a thymus for Tucker. They have to be at Duke by Thursday. Right now they are telling them to prepare to be there for a month.

Tucker will have some labs, possibly a port, and start to prepare his body for the transplant.

They are looking at next week before transplant day. This will also mean they will miss camp drop offs, first day of school, first football practices and so much more from their other babies. They are trusting their community to help lift them up for them in their absence.❤️ Please keep their whole family in your prayers as they navigate through this time in their lives. Once they get home they will have to isolate for at least 6 months. Emily works two jobs: one at school as an aide and she is also a hairdresser. They will be trying to run their household and family of 7 on one Income both here in Hodges and in Durham, NC. Any help would be greatly appreciated and will be used for food, bills and travel expenses
