Mayo Clinic Fund

As many of you know, I've been going through rigorous testing and hospital visits this year. Thanks to the incredible neurology department at St. Vincent, I've finally gotten validation of my illnesses. On August 28th, I'll be seeing a neurologist at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. I'm not sure what to expect, but I do know that my insurance won't be covering a significant amount of the costs. I'm hoping I can get a credit union involved for the payment of diagnostic testing, imaging, or surgery if needed, but simply put, I can't afford the upfront costs of the trip. I'm afraid I'll miss the opportunity for the treatment I need if I don't have the funds to get there. I have a hefty deposit, plane tickets, hotel, and per diem allowances, etc. It's taken a lot of courage for me to put my pride aside and ask for help; I can't do this alone. With each donation, I'll send a hand-crafted thank you card, just for you. I know it's not much, but it's the most I can do. Please, if possible, help me get to where I need to go.
