Tuan Nguyen's Hep C Medication

Last month, my brother and I found out that my dad is sick. Even though we wanted to go to him and see how he was doing, we couldn't as he lived miles away in Texas.  His diagnostic wasn't sure, however we knew it was serious. Although, he was always a carefree and talkative person, when we called him, he barely said a thing. Soon after, he would stop picking up his phone. When we finally visited him, we knew how bad it truly is. As soon as he saw us, he cried. I've never seen my dad cry before and the sight of it was truly heartbreaking. We later learned that he has liver cancer and hepatitis c. The insurance company approved of the hepatitis c medicine, but they need a $2,700 deductible.
