<div>Once the charity partner is chosen, the SU is dedicated to organising a variety of RAG (Raise Awareness &amp; Give) fundraising events and activities throughout the year, aiming to raise substantial funds and awareness for our partner. From fun runs and bake sales to charity concerts and raffles, the SU strives to engage the entire university community in fundraising efforts.

<div><strong>Who They Are</strong>
</div>
<div>Since opening their first Women’s Refuge in Tallaght in 2006, Saoirse Domestic Violence Services has grown into a vital support system for communities across South Dublin and West Wicklow. Today, their team of around 70 qualified and experienced staff works with over 500 families every year, offering personalised care planning on a journey of empowerment, hope, and recovery.

<div>Saoirse provides emergency accommodation and specialised support services to women and children fleeing domestic violence. But their work goes far beyond crisis response.
