<div>Mi padre, Cruz Zamora, de 74 años, fue evaluado por especialistas del Grupo Médico Propatria y, según su informe médico, presenta una cardiopatía isquémica crónica con angina inestable de alto riesgo. Los estudios realizados indican obstrucciones severas en tres arterias principales del corazón, lo que representa un riesgo importante para su vida.

<div>Debido a la gravedad de su condición, el equipo médico ha indicado la realización de un cateterismo cardíaco y una angioplastia, procedimiento que incluye la colocación de stents medicados para restablecer el flujo sanguíneo y prevenir un evento cardíaco mayor. Además, su tratamiento requiere medicación continua, controles médicos frecuentes, exámenes complementarios y rehabilitación cardiovascular.

<div>Como familia hemos estado completamente unidos durante todo este proceso. Sus nietas también han estado presentes, acompañándolo y brindándole apoyo emocional constante, lo que ha sido una gran fortaleza para él en este momento tan delicado.

<div>Lamentablemente, los gastos médicos asociados al procedimiento y al tratamiento posterior han superado nuestras posibilidades económicas. Como hija, he hecho todo lo posible por cumplir cada indicación médica y cuidarlo con amor, pero hoy necesitamos ayuda.
