My wife Ann is a good person, a great wife, and a wonderful step mother to my daughter. When we met I was a single father with no one to help me. Trying to juggle working, raising my daughter to grow up to be a strong independent young lady. Her mother has unfortunately never really been in the picture. It as I'm sure you can guess effected her deeply. It has always hurt her deeply, not knowing why other kids got to have a mommy.
I wasn't looking for a wife when I met her, I was just trying to keep my head above water, food on the table, water in the pipes, a smile on my face so she wouldn't see me struggle. She came in to our lives and immediately made a difference. Our first date was to take the kid to disney, a friend of hers at the time worked there and got us in free. I could never have afforded it and it made a huge impact on my daughter.
She loves my wife and as far as shes concerned that is her mother.
My wife had a hard childhood filled with foster home after foster home, abuse verbal and physical. Alot of people would have been hardened or coldened by it, but it only deepend her sense of empathy, love, and compassion.
When she was younger having no where to go, and no where to turn she made a mistake, that mistake has cost her dearly and she is paying for it still. Court costs of over $10,000, probation and all the extra costs that go along with it.
We were doing well making it happen and meeting all her obligations, but as with everyone covid has taken its toll on our ability to make her monthly payments. We know times are tough for everyone and I wouldn't reach out to the world if we didnt really need help. I am just trying to make sure my 9 year old doesn't suddenly lose the only mother shes ever known. Please help us I am begging you.
