In memory of Grandma

It is with great sadness that I type this. Grandma Marilyn passed away on the morning of Wednesday, January 23rd surrounded by family at Legacy Mt Hood Medical Center. Grandma’s death was sudden, causing a huge financial strain on the family. Papa is also currently hospitalized with illness. Between the two events the family could use all the help they can get. 

Grandma was always willing to help others. She always welcomed people into her home with a great big smile and a bowl of candy and munchies! She was such a strong woman. She was very passionate and full of joy about her family and made sure everyone was happy and taken care of. She enjoyed many walks around the park and spending time with the ladies and kids while the guys went and played golf. She always had fun stories to tell us about her and Papa when they were in their younger days! 


We want to return the same caring and helping hand that her and Papa always did for all of us. We are doing everything we can and would appreciate anything that can, be donated due to the expenses that pile up while Papa is in the hospital and for funeral costs as well. All donations after the funeral cost would go to helping Papa be able to continue living in his home. 

She will be missed and is well loved by all.
