Hi my name is Erendira, I'm writing this with a huge knot in my throat! Im creating this fund in hopes that you can be of any help to my family on these difficult times.
My baby cousin America was born a week before Christmas and since then she had been the pride and joy of the family. She was such a happy baby. This past Friday, 25th of March, she was admited to the UMC hospital with severe breathing complications due to a cough she started a week prior. She was having complications throughout the entire time since her admition at the hospital. She was only 4 months, in intensive care. Having to watch my aunt hold her baby and not let her go, was one of the hardest things. Today, March 28th, 2016, around 3:30am, my baby cousin America was declared dead.
It was a mixture of Dr. giving wrong medication instructions for a 4month old and calling the incorrect shots to better America. A particular Nurse was also included in the mix, making mistakes left and right, that wasn't even from that unit.
As family, we are steping in, in hopes that we can get as much support and assistance from our friends and family at this time and anyone else that can help will be appriciated. Anything that you can provide will go directly to medical expenses and funeral expenses. I'm including personal expenses that my aunt has and will have, from this point forward, due to not being able to work during these hard times.
