Alexander Wallace Funeral Expenses
Donation protected
Alexander Wallace, a 23-year-old autistic adult, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday morning, 2/16/16. I am Alexander's aunt and his mother's only sibling, Lisa Musser. The family ordered a private autopsy as the hospital did not even list a cause of death. Alexander had no life insurance and his family is absolutely devastated, shocked, horrified and grief-stricken. His mother is a physically disabled single Mom on a very limited disability income. They have no money for the autopsy ($3,000), transport of the body to and from the Medical Center for the autopsy ($2,000) or funeral ($8,500) or cemetary plot and burial ($1,900) expenses. His funeral is set for Sunday, 2/21/16. Alexander touched lives all over Asheville and Atlanta with his smile and sweet spirit. Alexander's name means "Helper of Mankind" and his mother donated his brain to autism research - he will keep helping mankind even after death. In life, he volunteered at Manna Food Bank and Brother Wolf (walking shelter dogs, donating lots of toys to them and washing their food bowls). Alexander lit up the communities of Asheville and Atlanta and now we need the community to rally behind him and support him by helping us to honor Alexander in his final "exit" from this world. Please help us raise the bare minimum of $15,000 to cover his autopsy, funeral, cemetary plot and burial. Alexander was an Angel that we were honored to borrow from heaven for 23 years. He made this world a better place. Please help us take care of him. Thank you to all who loved and laughed with him. The family sincerely appreciates you and Alexander loves you.
