Verna’s Road to Recovery

The nicest, most generous, sweetest lady I have ever worked with has suffered a heart attack.  As of today she is in hospital in St John, NB and is scheduled for double bypass surgery on Monday Jan 11th. With NB being on a COVID lockdown she has been there by herself most of the time missing all of her family  and friends.

Verna has been employed with our company for over 30 years and this has been a very traumatizing event within our workplace as well as for her family, children, a very special grand daughter, all her siblings and their families. 

it is going to be a long road to recovery for her which unfortunately means a leave of absence from work. After all the medical stress she has already endured we would like to try to help her by reliefin g some financial stress. As you all know she will worry about everything 

We do understand times are tough right now for some but every little bit helps. She is very loved and we thank you all so very much for helping us help her. Take care and keep her in your thoughts andprayers.
