OPERATION TSHIRTSSOCKSANDUNDERWEAR

Donation protected

This is the link for donations to buy clothing, school supplies, etc for Hurricane Harvey victims.  I'll be leaving Tuesday and making a few stops on the way to pick up stuff.  Any donations will be used to buy stuff.  Any excess funds after the bus is loaded to the gills will be donated to the Salvation Army.  and if you know an organization that lost a bus or van in the flood, please contact me at [phone redacted].  I will be donating the bus as soon as it's empty.

High Desert friends, and anyone along Interstate 10 from San Berdoo to Houston, ATTENTION! Operation T-shirts Socks and Underwear is on.
I'll be loading up the bus with your donations of new and unused clothing and heading out Tuesday afternoon. Message me if you want to drop something off tomorrow. I'll be stopping to pick up in the Inland Empire, Phoenix, Tucson...El Paso if necessary. Whatever it takes to fill this bus.
First dropoff will be to Houston ISD. School starts there on the 11th, and they have 12,000 or so displaced students. So school supplies are good too. What they don't want will go to the Salvation Army, or whatever shelters I can hook up with by Friday.
All proceeds will go to buying out Walmarts along the way. Any money left after the bus is full will be donated to the Salvation Army.
Finally, I'm sure there is a boys and girls club, senior center or church that lost a bus to Harvey. If any of my South Texas friends can hook me up with one of them, I'll be donating the bus and flying home. Let them know it is wheelchair lift equipped, will need bench seats reinstalled, and all I want in return is a ride to an airport.
And if anyone wants to share this post to boost the signal, PLEASE DO.
LETS MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!!
p.s. if any of my airline employee friends had a buddy pass to get me from Houston to LAX or ONT, I probably wouldn't turn it down.

GoFindMe wants the following, maybe to help me out!

I'm David Holman, a travel agent from Hesperia, CA who likes to help people.  The money realized will be (and has been) spent on clothing, bedding and school supplies for Harvey victims.  Thru the HISD, JJWatts' organization and the Salvation Army.  While I have some cousins  I and lots  a of friends  in South  Texas, this is more generally  to benefit school kids and people displaced by flooding.
I'm spending my own money in advance out of pocket, and getting daily withdrawals from this GoFundMe as reimbursement.
