Tryna pay this ticket

So me and my brother were working on a visual project over the covid summer which took place downtown Toronto . I parked my car in what I was told to be a regular parking spot. Paid $20 at the parking meter, left to record, then came back to a $450 ticket on my windshield .. didn’t even know they issued PARKING tickets that high‍♂️. Ticket actually brought a tear to my eye no lie . But long story short, I don’t have the funds to pay this ticket and I need it gone ASAP in order for me to get insurance back on my car .. any help towards the goal will be greatly appreciated .
