Trying to relieve stress off my wife

I am trying to raise money not just for myself, but for my wife as well. Currently I have not been able to work since the beginning of June this year due to my back injury. I have 3 herniated discs in my lower back, stenosis at L3/4 along with nerve crowding at this same location. Due to all of that I am in constant pain no matter if I stand, sit, walk, pretty much I hurt all day every day even with taking 1800mg of nerve pain meds a day.   So with this said my wife is the only one working and honestly we are struggling a bit with being able to pay bills we have.   I just truly would like to relieve some financial stress off of her because I am looking at having surgery on November 11th and plan for the recovery process to be 3 to 6 months. If you could please help us out we would truly appreciate it very much.
