True Story Behind the Petition at Park Hill South

Four students are being harshly punished by Park Hill South High School due to a petition being made at jest. The punishment they were given is typically used for weapons and/or drugs in schools. The School District caused a public fury by sending out vague emails and statements to the entire school community without completing a full investigation, making the whole situation look racist, when in fact it was a joke between teens. When the truth wasfound out, the District refused to make a statement to the school community with the actual intent of the matter.

These four boys are being held entirely responsible for the many failures that are happening in our society, school districts and communities. If you have ever walked the hallways of a high school or had a car full of teenagers, you know this could’ve been your child on any given day.
