Truck was stolen and recovered is impounded

My name is Salvador and my truck was stolen from my house with all my tools in it. The truck has been recovered but it has been impounded in Kauffman Tx.  It’s going to cost over $500 to get it back out I don’t have the money right now due to the fact that I lost all my tools and don’t have a way to even do any small jobs to earn some money to apply towards the impound fees. So I’m in need of help. I will pay you back when I get back on my feet. This hurt me and my family pretty bad. So whoever stole it, I hope you got what you needed and hopefully it helped you out. I’m glad that the truck was able to be found. So now I can get back to working. So please help me with this request. God bless you all
