As many already know and are soon to be informed, Troy’s life was taken in a tragic collision with a drunk driver on Tuesday evening. These unexpected circumstances left his family, including his baby boy, responsible for memorial costs during this financially paralyzing pandemic. Like many others his age, Troy did not think to plan ahead for this with insurance.
