Troy's Hope

Troy Is 12 years old and has been a fighter from the start. He was born 3 1/2 months premature at just 1lb 15oz.  He was very small and every day was a new struggle. Do to a medical mistakes he had a grade 4 cerebral hemorrhage ( grade 4 which is the worst ) (brain bleed ). He has underwent 3 brain surgeries, 4 eye surgeries, total hip reconstruction, several kidney surgeries, and many more. Due to all of this Troy is confined to a wheel chair. Our main focus for this campaign is to be able to purchase medical equipment that Troy needs that is not covered by medial insurance. Mainly he needs a handicapped accessible vehicle. We are currently in the process of getting him approved for a power wheel chair, which he will only be able to utilize at school until we are able to purchase a handicap vehicle. As of now his family and care takers put him into and take him out of a standard vehicle which causes him serious pain. And honestly he has gotten to be a quite big boy which moving him manually is'nt easy. He is very excited to have the freedom that a power chair will allow. Troy holds a special place in many people's hearts as he has always been positive and loved life. Troy has been an inspiration to all who have met him, for no matter what he has went through he has always had his amazing smile .
