On behalf of the Gladstone RSL Sub-Branch and Young Veterans CQ, we have set up a GoFundMe to support our mate Troy and his beautiful family during an incredibly difficult time.

Troy’s wife, Natalie, has been diagnosed with cancer and is currently undergoing intensive treatment in Brisbane. The emotional toll of this journey is unimaginable, and on top of that, the financial burden is overwhelming. The costs of cancer treatment, travel, accommodation, and living expenses are mounting.

Troy and Natalie have two daughters, Abbey and Bella, who are doing their best to stay strong while their mum fights the biggest battle of her life. Through it all, Troy has remained dedicated to supporting his family, even continuing to work full-time to make ends meet—when he should be by Natalie’s side and focusing on their family’s wellbeing.

Troy has given countless volunteer hours to the RSL and Young Veterans community, always stepping up to help others without hesitation. Now, it's our turn to show up for him. We’re asking our community to rally behind this amazing family and help ease the financial pressure so they can focus on what truly matters—being together and supporting Natalie through her treatment and recovery.
