Troutopia Repossession Fund
Troutopia is in huge jeopardy on the brinks of repossession. If Trout doesn't come up with an interest repayment of $11000 by 12/3/18, the bank plan to take him for the entire $76000 debt or repossess his land.
For over 10 years Trout has put in insane amounts of work and crafted this piece of land for sustainability, health, community & radness. One man trying to do a whole army's job, while also working every day as an environmental plumber all over the northern NSW region trying to meet the repayments & pay for this project that is also his home. It has finally proven too much and now Trout needs our help!
Troutopia is for everyone and has been home to many vagabonds/ travellers abroad and offered incredible hospitality/ inspiration to every person who ever stepped foot there without ever asking for a cent, but now we need to help him keep this good thing going. Not just for Trout, but for the next generation. In Trouts words "there's no such thing as rubbish, every bottle is a brick". A great man with an even better mission.
UPDATE* The land which Troutopia stands on is safe from the banks repossession but the skatepark still needs your help.
Trouty rescued the Nimbin built structure (at his own expense) from demolition close to a decade ago and has been living in a teepee with the ramp sitting on metal drums in a semi skateable condition since. Trouty believes with a further $20k he can insert his details of construction returning it to its former glory.

UPDATE* Trout Christian- "I've just been to council to discuss the position of the skatepark as a recreational facility for workers that work in the farm/inventors shed that is currently in construction. The aim of the additional 20k will cover retaining the earth that the skatepark sits on. Public safety issue no.1. We got this!"
