It's hard for me to sleep at night because every time the phone ring no matter who it is on the other side I hear the cry of my 17 year old grand daughter saying to me "Mimi the police officer just told me my Mom is dead!"
It was around 3:00 am March 8th when a Jacksonville Sheriff's Office homicide detective knocked on my daughter Shekeida's door and as Alexander stood there alone he told her that her mom was kill in a hit and run on New Kings Rd! In that moment in fear her heart was shatter and now the family is trying to find answers and understanding as we assist her with putting her heart back together again! And move forward in life!"
