Tropical Storm Ursula Help

I've been living in the Philippines with my wife for the past six months, working and processing her visa documents. This was our first Christmas to be with each other while I was here. With a typhoon at the beginning of December delaying some of my work with power disruptions and with a Cat 2 tropical storm hitting us with flooding and more power disruption, it's delayed my work more, leaving us with a very solemn Christmas. We're unable to pay rent or electricity coming up and could really use some help. This comes at a weird time and I've been trying what I could to pull everything together, but the days are running out and we've now been hit with the storm. My main goal is to relieve stress here as we hit another 'unlucky' Christmas.
