Replace Scout Troop's stolen gear.

Yesterday, we found out that a thief cut throught the chainlink fence that surrounds our Boy Scout tree lot in Southeast Portland. They cut the lock into the trailer and stole a generator, chainsaw, tablet for processing payment and other incidentals. All told, they stole about $2000 from the boys and girls in our scouting program.
The kids have to work at the lot to earn their way to camp and pay for their annual scouting adventures. This theft means that they will need to scale back their plans.
It is important to note that all the proceeds from the tree sales support the youth in their units, the thief did not steal from adults, they stole from 70 kids who rely on these funds to pay for their scouting adventures.
