Con cuidados y atención, su recuperación fue milagrosa: Tristón comía, se dejaba acariciar, y comenzó a recuperar el brillo en la mirada. Lo resguardé en casa.

<div>Pero la semana pasada, dejó de comer y beber. El viernes, tras estudios y ultrasonido, se confirmó el diagnóstico: Peritonitis Infecciosa Felina (PIF húmeda). Una enfermedad grave que hasta hace poco no tenía cura. Hoy, gracias al antiviral GS-441524, existe una posibilidad real de salvarlo.

<div>Gracias a un ángel, recibimos 4 frascos donados. El tratamiento comenzó… pero hoy se acaban, y ya no tenemos medicina para mañana. estamos cambiando a darle el medicamento en seco que facilita el manejo por los 84 días o 12 semanas que dura este, cada tableta cuesta $300. Mi situación económica no me permite adquirirlos, pero me comprometo a cubrir todos los demás gastos: consultas, transporte, alimentación, cuidados… lo que sea necesario.
