Tristan’s Future

Hello friends,

Tristan Alan Haston was born in April 2015 to his loving parents Justin and Emily. He had just turned 1 when his mom was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Their lives were turned upside down. Justin was having to juggle his own mental illness and the reality of his wife’s mortality. This completely overwhelmed his thoughts and emotions. Emily passed away in March 2018. This new reality was difficult for Justin to endure. He battled with his own weaknesses resulting in his unintentional death in September 2018. Emily was responsible and set aside funds for her son. Although Justin loved his son dearly, he was unable to prepare or manage adequately.

Tristan is now an orphan and unfortunately there are forces attempting to seize Tristan’s inheritance. We are unable to comment further due to pending litigation.

We are asking for some assistance in legal fees to recover what he is owed and entitled to receive. Additionally we want to prepare for his future, putting aside funds for him when he is older.
