This week our community, friends, co-workers, friends from church and relatives of Trish James received some horrible news. Trish is quickly losing her battle with cancer.
Trish, our neighbour recently turned 40 and Celebrated with friends and family around her. She has been fighting a lengthy battle with Breast Cancer that had spread to other places in her body. The fight has been long and hard and Trish has been more strong through this fight than anyone I know could be.
Many of her friends and family have come together on Whatsap to follow her updates and share their memories. We all want to come together to help her husband Chris and her children Tegan 10 and Hayden 8 to cope with this in any way possible. Many have offered to help and are looking in ways they can.
Over the next several months I would like to coordinate meals if anyone enjoys cooking. I know that their church has stepped in and provided so much in the way of food.
As a group, and with the permission of Chris, I would like to go ahead with this page and raise money to show our Love and Support to the family. The funds will be put into an RESP/Trust Fund for Tegan and Hayden. Please feel free to share your stories and your support on this page.
