Trish Andrews Moving Forward

I am starting this fundraiser on behalf of my cousin Trish Andrews, mother of 3 beautiful children. On May 27, 2017 Trish had an ultrasound on her abdomen due to some pain and other symptoms she had been experiencing. During that ultrasound they found what appeared to be a very large mass on her ovary. The doctor suspected it to be a malignant carcinoma. At that time Trish was scheduled to see a surgeon on June 6th , to which she was told the mass was likely benign given her age and over all health status. The surgeon scheduled her for a hysterectomy one week later.
As if all of this wasn't already enough to absorb, what was to come next was unimaginable. During the hysterectomy they sent samples of biopsies off for testing. The biopsy came back positive for cancer, except the doctors were still unsure which kind. After a colonoscopy, and PET scan were done, Trish got a diagnosis of Stage 2 Ovarian cancer on August 10th. From this point the oncologist was able to set up the best course of action for her cancer, which was 6 rounds of chemotherapy to be done every 21 days. Trish is set to have her last round of Chemo on December 1, 2017.
Sadly, it doesn't stop there. Not only was Trish diagnosed with cancer, and having to go through horrific chemo, but during all of this she has been faced with a divorce, losing their family home, and learning to be a single parent. All of these things are life changing and nobody should have to face this alone. Trish has done an amazing job keeping her happy face on and trying to see the good in each day.
At this time Trish and her family are in need of not only prayers but financial help. She has had to go down to part time at work due to cancer treatments. She has exhausted all sick and vacation time at her work, and now has to move out of their home as their house goes on the market. Bills are piling up quickly as is her stress level, as you all can imagine. I am pleading on behalf of my cousin for all who know and love her, to please give what you can. Every dollar helps in her time of need. Trish is literally one of the most kind, amazing and loving people I know. Please let's come together and help Trish keep on keepin on.
