St. Clare Transformers Team 1 chosen as a Global Innovations Awards finalist

Help the team get to San Jose and make its invention idea a reality!
This "colorful" team of eighth graders from St. Clare School in Staten Island, New York, was one of 20 FIRST LEGO League teams from around the globe selected for the final round of the Global Innovations Awards competition in San Jose, California, from June 19-21. The team was chosen for its invention called Artist's Miracle which cleans paint water so the water can be reused and the paint discarded properly.
The Transformers were first named New York regional winners. They are now preparing for this gobal challenge with prototype modifications, additional testing, research, marketing and patent outreach, and so much more! The top three winning teams in the competition will have an opportunity to actually develop and market its product.
Tax-deductible donations would be greatly appreciated and will be used towards funding the trip as well as expenses involving testing and design modifications. We would be grateful for any donation that will help this team share its idea with the world. Please help support the engineers of the future!
