Dear Potential Supporter:
Trinity Christian Fellowship Church is a ministry located in San Bernardino that is actively involved in meeting the basic survival needs of those our immediate community. On February 14, 2018, two cars ran into our church, making it unsafe for worship and the many other community services that we provide.
Our building is nearly seventy years old and is in urgent need of repair/renovating/upgrading. We are asking concerned community members to help us continue our much-needed efforts by providing funds or materials for the following much needed repairs:
· Repair damage to south side of building caused by car accident;
· Construct another restroom to meet the needs of the community members we serve;
· Install asphalt or concrete parking lot;
· paint walls, replace warn and tattered carpet in sanctuary and feeding hall;
· Install central heating and air conditioning unit.
Our mission is to seek the salvation of our fellow brothers and sister, while providing the essential necessities of the most desperate of our neighbors by providing the following services:
Serve a hot meal to the hungry Monday through Thursday;
Give away free food baskets for families every Wednesday;
Provide free clothing, hygiene products, blankets, socks, tents, and other necessities to the homeless and/or indigent;
Offer free counseling services to anyone in need.
Estimates for the above projects is far exceed our ability alone. Though this amount is not large by some standards, it is a lot to bear for a congregation our size, but we serve a God who can do all things! Please do not misunderstand; we do much with little. We are convinced, however, that we can expand our outreach exponentially with the help of concerned partners such as yourself.
Can we count on you to help us continue to meet the basic needs of the less advantaged among us?
According to the Census Bureau, almost 37.1% of San Bernardino residents live below the poverty line, compared to 19.1% statewide.
