<div>Dorothy House supports people with life limiting illnesses and provides compassionate care for both patients and their families during some of the hardest moments in life.

</div>
<div>Their work goes far beyond medical support... They provide comfort, dignity, and emotional care when it matters most.

<div>As a gym community we believe in pushing ourselves physically, but we also believe in using our strength to help others.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>Over this weekend we are opening our doors to ANYONE and EVERYONE to join our community for a weekend of fitness &amp; strength.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>We will be holding a functional fitness event on the Saturday - This is designed to test endurance, teamwork, and resilience.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>And a Powerlifting Event on the Sunday - Designed to see what strength feats people can unlock in the right environment.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The goal is simple. Bring people together, challenge ourselves, and raise as much money as possible for a charity that supports families across our local community when they need it most.
