<div>I’m raising $1,500 for <a href="https://activeminds.org/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Active Minds</a> , the nation’s largest nonprofit working to empower young people to change the conversation around mental health. Their mission matters to me deeply, because some of my hardest days are when I let my mental health take a back seat. Movement—sweating it out, step after step—has always been my way of finding balance.

<div>I never thought I’d be the kind of person to train for a full marathon. But here I am, showing up week after week, pushing my body and my mind further than I thought possible. It’s painful, it’s powerful, and it’s proof that growth happens when we lean in.
