Spokane family still needs help

Trevyn Nay has been diagnosed with (chronic active) Epstein Barr virus since the age of 4. He is now 8. EBV is a virus that attacks Trev's immune system. This causes him to get dangerously high fevers, no appetite, a fight to get up and even watch tv. This virus has stunted his growth. This virus has caused his spleen to enlarge, his liver to enlarge, and his stomach to swell. He has had numerous tests and ultrasounds done. He has had several surgery's.
My parents had his episodes under a fair amount of control. He was playing and running around like a healthy kid. Gradually, despite all my parents devoted effort to keep him well, things kept getting worse. On Dec 16th my baby brothers feet started swelling and he started to complain of stomach pain. My parents took him to (Spokane's) sacred heart hospital. After getting a PICC line placed and medicines containing soy and possibly potato (which he is intolerant to) he began showing signs of liver damage. Long story short, he ended up being life flighted to Seattle children's hospital on Christmas Eve with my mom. Leaving the rest of our family behind, and my step dad driving over the pass on not ideal weather conditions. After getting to Seattle Trevyn has had a rough go as well. Due to his body gunning into shock after a lymph node and liver biopsy he had to remain in a breathing tube in the PICU. Now he is back in a regular room taking one day at a time. I can't describe the fear my family is feeling right now.
I wish there was more funding for parents in this position. obviously this type of emergency would be impossible to go to work through. Especially being 5 hours away from home. Anyway, our parents are going through nightmare after nightmare as it is and it's heartbreaking. Any money you can donate to help our parents get through this without having to stress about rent and other necessities at a time like this, is a blessing. Thank you.
