Trevor Jenks Heart Transplant

Trevor was born with a severe heart condition. To this day he has had 28 open heart surgeries, 9 pacemakers, 1 new heart and spent countless months in the hospital. He recently suffered a heart attack, leaving his transplanted heart functioning at 30 percent. Trevor now needs another heart. He has been placed on the transplant list at U of M, and we will wait... the hardest part of all. He continues to struggle, in and out of the hospital.  
This all in the midst of having just met the love of his life, Kristen, with plans to marry in May. Any prayers, love or monetary donations are so much appreciated at this time.
