Trekking Snowdon at Night for Mind (NAMH)

On the 9th May 2020 my brother and I will be trekking to the summit of Mount Snowdon overnight in aid of the mental health charity, Mind (NAMH). We will be trekking at night for approx 8 hours continuously, covering 21km of terrain in darkness! Ascending 975m in a single night.

Mental health is something that affects people from every background, race, age, gender, it does not discriminate. Mind provide information and support to those dealing with mental health issues and the people supporting them.

Mind are a charity and therefore, rely on donations to continue their work. Every year one in four people experience a mental health problem and Mind work to ensure nobody has to face this alone.

Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to us.

See you at the summit! X
