<div>I'm off on an adventure!! Whilst raising funds for the local LOROS Hospice.

<div>In October I will spend five days trekking along the Great Wall of China.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>This magnificent manmade structure has been voted one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. Stretching for 6,000km, it zig-zags its way across China, snaking across mountains and through valleys.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The trek passes through watch towers and mountains and historic battlement stations that are well off the tourist trail.
</div>
<div><br />
</div>
<div>The trekking on this challenge is hard due to the number of steps up and down each day – it can sometimes take an hour just to trek 1km! Another highlight will be conquering the 1,000 steps up to the wall at Mutianyu – culminating with the ascent of the ‘Heavenly Ladder’.
</div>

</div>
<div>Please dig deep and support my fundraising efforts to help LOROS Hospice, a local charity delivering free care and support to over 2,500 terminally patients and their families in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland.
