TRBL 100 Charity Bike Ride

Donation protected

Thanks for taking the time to visit my page.

After serving for 24 years I want to help those veterans that deal with both physical and mental illness everyday.   The Royal British Legion has always been there to support soldiers and families and I can think of no better charity to support.

I’m cycling to Spain via France; a journey of 1300 miles in total. The first part is from Tidworth to Portsmouth then the over night ferry to Caen.  I  intend to lay a poppy wreath at the British & Commonwealth  War Cemetery in Normandy to show our respects, then continue cycling through France and Spain staying at campsites on the way,  some days I will be cycling up to 140 miles.

I’ll be met at the ferry terminal in France by my Brother Mark Knight who also served for 24 years in the Royal Artillery, he will be driving the motor home (supplied by Furgo Casa Campervans UK) Mark will be driving the support vehicle through France and Spain.

Once in Spain we will stop at Castalla International, meet up with members of the Alicante branch of The Royal British Legion and lay another wreath at their newly dedicated memorial.  The ride will finish at Danny's Bar & Grill in Pinar de Campoverdre where there will be an event to help celebrate the ride and hopefully raise more money.

This is a self-funding cycle ride with all monies raised going to the Royal British legion.  Anything you can donate is greatly appreciated and will help those who have served their country and now need our support.

Thank you all in advance
