Travel to care for Mother

Sona's mother has had a stroke. She was found by church members and is in ICU. Sona has to fly to Russia to care for her mother when she is released from the hospital. Plane ticket alone is over $3000. Sona's sister lives in Africa and is trying to go to be with their mother also. There is no other family to help. Funds are needed as soon as possible and also over the next few weeks to assist with incidental costs. Thank you in advance for ANY help you can offer!
