GA-Thoro Youth Football Travel Fund

As you all know, I've been excited to participate as a #FootballDad for the second year in a row. The 7u Georgia Thoroughbreds Youth Football team is a group of 7 and 8 years olds coached by the best youth coaches in Georgia. (Coach Rich, Coach Eddie, Coach Jeff, Coach Chuck and Coach D) These men take time out of their lives as working husbands, fathers and grandfathers to be examples and shape young men in their community. This year, in a new more competitive league, The Thoroughbreds were victorious as repeat Champs! Not only did we win the league, we have been formally invited to Fort Lauderdale, FL on December 12-16 to compete against the top 7u teams in the NATION! This invite only tournament is equivalent to our players and team making the NCAA National Championship Playoff. We started this GoFund Me to raise money for hotel, airfare, meals and ground transportation for many of our kids who come from single parent homes. We know it's before Christmas, but we are asking for donations to make sure we are able to compete and win in Florida. Our goal is to raise $7500 by December 8th. We are asking for both personal donations and corporate sponsorship (both tax deductible). Please include a prayer for our safe travel as we embark on becoming NATIONALS CHAMPS! We will bring the Trophy back to GEORGIA!!
