travel expen and med bills twins

Like everyone else I never thought that I would be asking people for help. Medical bills are adding up and last minute travel expenses. My wife needs a laser surgery to treat a condition that our 16 week twins have. Its called TTTS we are trying to get this procedure done so that the twins have a better chance of making it. There are both risks of the twins not making it, if this is not done and even if the procedure is done, but there is also hope and that treatment. Your help is greatly appreciated anything helps.
