Travel costs and missed work

Hi, I am LaNae I really would appreciate any help you can spare. It's needed for travel costs and bills as I will be missing work again. He will probably need more than one visit to Rochester. My son has several issues with his heart. He has a checkup in Rochester, 8 hours away, to see when he can officially replace his temporary heart valve with a more permanent metal aortic valve. He had heart failure and a heart attack in early July. It is truly a miracle that he survived. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
